alfredo pizza with roma tomatoes

  • Makes 8 slices
  • Prep time: 10 minutes
  • Cook time: 12 minutes
  • 1 large thin Boboli pizza crust
  • 2 tablespoons Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella or Italian blend
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 small Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced


Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

Evenly spread the Alfredo sauce on the pizza crust. Sprinkle on the mozzarella and then layer on the thin slices of tomato. Sprinkle the Parmesan on top of the tomatoes.

Bake for about 12 minutes until the crust is golden and crispy. Top with chopped basil or dried Oregano (which I didn't do! Fail!)
